Institute launches logistics-distribution index to help businesses
University of Louisville engineering researchers have developed an economic indicator, the Logistics and Distribution Index, aimed at helping area businesses monitor their market’s well-being and guide them in future investment decisions.

World-renowned artist and author Ann Hamilton will deliver the 2012 Nora Iasigi Bullitt Memorial Lecture Thursday, April 5, at 6 p.m. in the Speed Art Museum Auditorium. The University of Louisville’s Hite Art Institute sponsors the talk. Admission is free and open to the public.
